Russell Gary Small, Esq., graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a bachelor's degree in political Science. After graduating from the State University of New York at Buffalo, Mr. Small studied law at Ohio Northern University, College of Law and graduated in 1987. Mr. Small has been practicing law since 1987.
