Biography of Russell Gary Small
Russell Gary Small, Esq.,
graduated from the State University of New York at
Buffalo with a degree in political Science. After graduating from the
State University of New York at Buffalo, Mr. Small studied law at Ohio
Northern University, College of Law and graduated in 1987. Mr. Small
began practicing law in 1987.
Committed to the Community
In addition to being a lawyer, Mr. Small is committed to community
service efforts that emphasize enhancing opportunities for individuals
interested in learning independent living skills. Mr. Small is an active
member of D.R.E.A.M.S., which is a part of the United Way’s youth
initiative on Long Island, New York.
